Safari
This 3-day safari comes in two variants and allows you to see a diverse range of species in some of the world’s most diverse environments. Depending on the option that you choose, you will see not only Serengeti, Tarangire and Lake Manyara National Parks but also the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Ngorongoro Crater. Huge herds of elephants, flamingo flocks in season, and baboon bands may all be seen.
Depart the city early morning and drive to Ngorongoro Crater. Due to the driving distance, you will arrive around lunch. You will spend the afternoon in the crater viewing this unique area and the abundance of wildlife in this small area. Within the crater floor, you can find elephants, lions, rhinoceros, flamingoes, hippopotamus and more. Then we will drive to your accommodations for the night.
After an early breakfast, we will drive to Serengeti National Park, with a game drive en-route. We will have a picnic lunch at the gate before heading into the park. During the drive towards the Serengeti, you can watch as the landscape changes, and you come into the vast plains of the Serengeti. Once you enter the park, you will have a game drive while continuing the drive to your accommodations for the night.
Enjoy an early sunrise game drive. Early mornings are often a great time to find active wildlife roaming around the plains, such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs. We then return to your accommodations for a full breakfast and pack the vehicle. Then you can enjoy a game drive en-route until the afternoon when we leave the Serengeti and drive back to the city.
Depart the city early morning and drive to Tarangire National Park. Spend the full day on a game drive. In this park, you will find numerous elephants roaming through the baobab trees. Other common sightings include giraffes, gazelles, and lions. Then we will drive to your accommodations for the night.
Depart your accommodation early morning and drive to Ngorongoro Crater. Drive into the crater floor and spend the day game viewing, enjoying a picnic lunch there. The uniqueness of this park is the abundance of wildlife that can be seen in a small area. Within the crater, you can find many lions, hyenas, rhinoceroses, elephants, zebras, flamingoes, and so much more. In the late afternoon, we will drive to your accommodations for the night.
In the early morning, after packing, you will leave the accommodations and drive to Lake Manyara National Park for your game drive. Lake Manyara is just below the great valley rift, with over 300 bird species, including flamingoes. If you are lucky, you may also find tree-climbing lions. We will then depart back to the city in the late afternoon.
