Today we start with breakfast and then the trek to Saddle Hut Camp. The trek today is short but steep. Once at Saddle Hut, if you are up for it, the trek to Little Meru can be completed. Your guide will recommend sleeping after dinner tonight as you will have a midnight wake-up call to start your summit.

We start the trek to the peak of Mount Meru at around midnight. Socialist Peak is the highest part and the summit of Mount Meru. You should be prepared for a difficult and strenuous hike in the dark with your headlamp to assist you. As sunrise comes up, you will arrive at the summit for breathtaking views. You will soon discover that this is one of the most underrated treks. As you descend in the daylight, you can witness the mountain's astonishing views.

After the summit, you will descend to Miriakamba Hut for a hot lunch and dinner and then spend the night at Miriakamba Huts.

After breakfast, we finish the trek and hike to Momela Gate. Your vehicle will be waiting for you at the Momela Gate to take you back to your accommodations.
